LATICRETE was founded 60 years ago by Dr. Henry M. Rothberg and his wife, Lillian, of blessed memory. He created a company that not only provided for his family of seven kids, but served a higher purpose. We strive to connect with, engage with, and improve the lives of our employees, our customers, our partners, and the global communities in which we operate. 

From our foundation, we believe that our corporate citizenship initiatives, code of conduct and core values drive us to improve as a company and global citizen – it’s our way of life.

Global Code of Conduct

The LATICRETE Global Code of Conduct is a guide to actions that are consistent with our company values and the foundation of our Integrity and Compliance program. It explains many important company standards and policies, and summarizes many of the legal requirements that we must follow at work everywhere in the world.

It is your guide to “always doing the right thing”. It applies to all employees, board members, subsidiaries, JV partners, agents and contractors.

It also provides guidance and information about company resources to which you can turn if you face a legal or ethical problem or question.

Thank you for continuing to “do the right thing” by following the ethical path blazed by our founder, Dr. Henry M Rothberg.
